The Legends Of The Mount Mosaic

About the Legends of the Mount Mosaic:

The Legends of the Mount Mosaic is a fundraising project that allows members of our Mount St. Mary’s University community to share their stories, through photos, of how the Mount has had a positive impact on their lives. This project is a Mount community-driven, interactive photo experience that tells your story through the legends of Mount athletics. The funding raised through this project will go directly towards construction of the Rooney Athletic Performance Center (pictured below). The Rooney Athletic Performance Center, a 26,500 square foot addition to the Knott ARCC, will transform Mount athletics through expanded training fitness space for our student-athletes along with our entire Mount community.

All members of the Mount community – alumni, faculty, staff, current students, parents, and fans – are invited to share their photos of their favorite Mount memories. Once the Rooney Athletic Performance Center is completed, the Legends of the Mount Mosaic will become a printed mural prominently displayed in the new building with a fully interactive kiosk featuring our Mount stories. The Legends of the Mount Mosaic will positively impact future generations of Mounties, while preserving your story for all to see.

Our goal is to have 1808 members of our Mount community participate in the Legends of the Mount Mosaic project. Your stories tell the Mount story!
